- The purpose of V.I.C.C is to plant V.I.C.C Churches and perfect them with proper administration and by caring and guiding them to be able to go to heaven.
- To prepare the teaching of Jesus, preaching gospel, and by being based on the bible, to establish churches supported by God's people.
- To anoint evangelist, pastors and deacon and deacons elders and workers to teach biblical teaching and to publish literature and distribute it by the help of God's people.
- To provide every possible health economic and social-cultural, academic aid and to conduct religious programme, health awareness programme and conduct seminars under the banner of V.I.C.C.
- Where the church is planted, to manage, to run to arrange movable and immovable properties of V.I.C.C.
- To construct a church building, school, retreat centres and to look after them and to construct free hospitals, run colleges for primary to a degree and to build orphanages.
- To anoint and appoint priests and missionaries by the help of God's people.
- To raise funds for V.I.C.C ministries by God's people.
- To minister among the children youth, adult through V.I.C.C children ministry. V.I.C.C youth ministry and women ministery.
- To motivate and equip V.I.C.C local churches to serve the community through charitable works and evangelism.
